Personal Information Privacy Policy

In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Dr. Trionf & Aesthetic (hereinafter referred to as the 'Hospital') establishes and discloses the following personal information processing guidelines to protect the personal information of the data subject and to process the related grievances quickly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The hospital processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and if the purpose of use is changed, we will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the intention to join, identifying and certifying oneself by providing membership services, maintaining and managing membership status, implementing a limited identification system, preventing illegal use of services, checking the consent of legal representatives when processing personal information of children under the age of 14, notifying and notifying various kinds of notices and grievances.

It processes personal information for the purpose of delivering goods, providing services, sending contracts and bills, providing content, providing customized services, personal authentication, age authentication, payment and settlement of charges, and debt collection.

Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming the identity of the complainant, confirming the complaint, contacting and notifying for fact-finding, and notifying the results of the processing.

Article 2 (Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information)

① Hospitals process and retain personal information within the period of use, or the period of use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject according to the law.

⑤ The data subject shall not infringe on the personal information and privacy of the data subject himself/herself or others that the company is processing in violation of related laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 4 (Personal Information Items to be Processed)

The company is processing the following personal information items.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

① When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period and the achievement of the processing purpose, the company will destroy the personal information without delay.
② If the personal information must be preserved in accordance with other laws and regulations despite the expiration of the personal information retention period agreed by the data subject or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored differently.
